Warranty Terms

In the event of manufacturing faults or defective materials which impair the proper use of this product, METAXAKIS ATHAN. ABEE shall repair or replace the product at their discretion, in accordance with the conditions set down herein.
In the event of a claim for causes stated in the warranty, METAXAKIS ΑΤΗΑΝ. ΑΒΕΕ reserves the right to replace the product for an equivalent model subject to the availability of the product or its parts.

This warranty covers the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for the period of time declared for each product in website or/and catalogues of our company. “Defects” as used in this warranty are defined as any imperfections that may impair the proper use of the product. Defects arising from misuse, abuse or negligence will render this warranty null and void. This warranty doesn’t cover damages caused by vandalism, rusting, exposure to extreme temperatures, excess moisture or salinity, solvents, acids, “acts of nature” or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.

This warranty is non-transferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. If the product is defective within the terms of this warranty, METAXAKIS shall repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges for the repair or replacement of the product are not covered and will be incurred by the purchaser. METAXAKIS is not responsible for any damage, loss, e.t.c. that may occur during transportation of goods by a third party.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Invoice or delivery note of purchase is required. Photographs, 3rd party inventory and inspection in some cases may be required.

This warranty doesn’t cover scratching, scuffing, damage to the paint, the fabric or other cosmetic damage that may arise from proper use of the product. In addition, defects resulting from intentional damage, negligence or unreasonable use shall render this warranty null and void.

Liability for incidental or consequential damages is expressly disclaimed. The coverage provided herein is limited to the value of the product.

The warranty expires automatically in case of any repair from not authorized persons of our company. Any product repair cannot extend the warranty time.
